While efficiency and cost-effectiveness are important objectives to us, on-the-job safety is also a top priority. We understand that the ability to keep a good balance between these three goals is essential to ensuring a safe and successful project.
We are proud of our outstanding safety record, but that record did not come about by chance. To ensure our safety record remains top notch, we developed our Zero Injury policy. This policy, which we reinforce daily throughout our organization, states that, “All employees are obligated to conduct their work in a safe manner, to stop work immediately to correct any unsafe condition that is encountered, and to take corrective action so that work may proceed in a safe manner.”
A focal point of the policy is to develop project-specific safety plans along with programs and procedures that aim to eliminate accidents and injuries on the job and in our office. We develop and implement safety plans for most new jobs, because achieving safety excellence and protecting our workers, customers, partners, and the general public is of utmost importance to Tiger Cutting.
We mean it when we say Zero Injuries!
